Corporate Training Facility

The CEO of this Mortgage company in Strongsville, OH envisioned an environment in which all employees could come to work and feel safe, fulfilled and inspired to do their job and to do it well. The vision for the building was to provide a training facility for new hires and current employees that included state-of-the-art audio visual building standards.

The vision was fulfilled with the recent construction of the corporate training center, an additional third building to its HQ campus. The expansion of the HQ included renovating an existing 66,236 sq. ft. two-story office building originally built in 1974. The goal for the new space is to facilitate ongoing in-person and virtual development opportunities for clients and employees through training, development, and advancements while continuing to help the company thrive.

E4b's long-standing relationship providing furniture and design solutions for the company allowed the design team to create an environment that would align with their goals. The E4b team of Fred Chaney and Emily Miltner completed the full building furniture design and installation consisting of 360 workstations, conference spaces, training spaces, amphitheater, café spaces, and several collaborative areas.
