She will work closely with management and all of the project stakeholders to assess the needs of each space. She can successfully collaborate and lead a diverse group of coworkers and project stakeholders in order to meet goals and address project related issues.
She is happy to create presentations to creatively communicate design intent in a clear and digestible way for her clients. Courtney enjoys being able to help her clients achieve all levels of satisfactions, even on projects with constrained budgets.
Courtney is an expert in multi-family commercial projects. Before joining e4b, she spent most of her career working on multi-family, market rate and commercial properties; everything from furniture selection, window treatments, and selecting artwork and accessories to create distinctive and inviting environments. She has also worked in custom furniture sales, kitchen and bath design.
Courtney has a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Business Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
When Courtney is not at the office she enjoys reading new books, exploring hiking trails with her dog Percy, and trying out new restaurants around Cleveland with her friends. She is an avid bowler and has scored a perfect 300 once in her career. Born in England but raised in Ohio, Courtney enjoys traveling whenever she can.
